Before you place your order with us please read the following terms and conditions.

Offers  

Our offers such as sales and discounted items may be discontinued at any time. Our current offer of FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £50 applies to UK mainland customers only.

Our £15 Off Voucher on registration applies for new customers only. The code will be emailed to the email address in which you have first registered, simply type the code at checkout and £15 will be taken off your order, this code is also displayed on our homepage banner. This code can not be used in conjunction with our Bank Holiday Offer codes. The voucher will be applied to orders of £75+ only. Only one discount code can be used with any transaction. Therefore other promotional codes will not work alongside the new customer discount code.

Placing An Order

When you have completed your order, an automated receipt email will be forwarded to the email address that you registered with, in addition all documentation and updates will also be sent to this email address. At this point a contract of sale has been made. For all orders immediate payment will be taken. If you require us to allocate you an item prior to payment, Forever Furnishings will hold the item for you (via removing it off sale ) for 48 hours, to do this please call 0203 507 0217 and speak to our sales team.

We aim to process all orders and have a delivery date to you within 5-7 days. However, some of our items do state a timescale for delivery. Some of our products are made to order, and therefore the date of deliveries are approximate and may be subject to change. You will be notified via email of any changes.

In some cases manufacturers product specifications may alter during the manufacturing process , in these circumstances the website product descriptions will also be updated accordingly. 

Payment

We use a secure payment system for all orders. If you would prefer to order over the phone a sales team member will complete this for you.

Please be assured you do not need a Paypal account to order online.

Order Status

Once your order has been made you will receive notification that your 'payment has been successful'. At this point we have your order and we have started processing it.

The second stage of your order is 'Preparation in Progress', this is when we will be arranging with the delivery team the available slots and your order will be scheduled. At this point we will be in contact shortly to notify you of the delivery dates available. 

The third stage is 'Shipped' which notifies you that its on its way!

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Size of Goods - Please check the size of doorways and any other entries to which your furniture is to be placed. In the event that you attempt to move items and damage them we will not be able to accept a return. We therefore request that you check the items before signing when the courier delivers if the box or packaging appears to be damaged. If you fail to check the item and it is damaged we can not accept a return. If another person is accepting the delivery on your behalf they must adhere to the same terms and conditions of delivery as whom the parcel was intended for.

If your item arrives damaged please do not assemble the item. Any faults with the furniture or concerns of the quality are required to be reported prior to assembly and within 7 days for a refund or within 28 days for an exchange . We will require a photo of the damage prior to assembly in case further damage is created. 

Please note all of our delivery timescales are approximate and some conditions such as traffic, packing and delivery restrictions may cause slight delays in delivery.

Small Item delivery dates can be changed by yourself using the tracking information provided. Larger furniture items (which are delivered by pallet) will incur a re-delivery charge if no one is at home to accept the delivery as arranged.

Delivery is to ground floor level entrance only.  If this is not feasible we can make a 2 man delivery for an extra fee. Please contact 0203 507 0217 to arrange this.

Non-Mainland UK customers may experience delays with delivery due to international shipping couriers. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we therefore advise an additional 7 delivery days on all orders.

Items arriving on pallet (larger goods) will mean a pallet delivery company will be contacting you before the delivery date to ensure suitability.

Pre-Order Goods

Forever Furnishings are happy to pre-order items from the manufacturer on our customers behalf before the release date. In the event that the items are withdrawn from manufacturing you will be contacted immediately and a full refund for the order will be issued.

Glossary

All of our items are NEW. However we do have terms which we use to describe a style of product :

Antique - Not pristine, looks aged and may have discolouration as part of the style.

Rustic - Dimpled and dented, sometimes discoloured slightly.

Industrial - not pristine, often mismatching trims and studs

Regal - Royal styled item usually with intricate detailing

Retro - Art Deco period styled, usually based on 1920s - 1960s designs.

Please note colours can sometimes vary of products and can often depend on your computer settings. Forever Furnishings can not be liable for any slight colour variations.

Caring for your new furniture

To keep your items looking as good as possible, for as long as possible we advise the following:

Rustic Wooden furniture - use wood cleaning solutions and if faded use a wax to bring back the woods natural sheen.

Painted Wooden Furniture - use soapy water and dry off immediately.

High Gloss Furniture - use glass cleaner for best results.

Metal Painted Furniture - use soapy water to clean and dry off immediately

Laminated Furniture - use glass cleaner for best results.

Mirror Furniture - use glass cleaner for best results.

Our Stock

Some of our items are allocated stock from the manufacturers, and are therefore stored at the manufacturers premises. We still use the term 'In Stock' for these products as they are reserved for us to retail. This may result in the delivery estimate being longer than 5-7 working days, and therefore the approximate delivery times are displayed at the bottom of the description of each product. 

Our Contract With You

Our website product pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

After you place an order, you will receive an onscreen and e-mail “order confirmation” from us acknowledging that we have received your order. 

We will confirm our acceptance of your order to you by sending you a further e-mail at which point the contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.  If you have already paid for the Product(s) we will refund you the full amount paid including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
