We accept ALL credit and debit cards in addition to Paypal. Please follow the instructions highlighted in green at checkout and you with then see an option to pay via credit/ debit card or Paypal. SWe aslo accept cheques and BACS payments, please contact us for details.
Why we use PayPal
You get an extra layer of security when you use Paypal. All of your financial information (like your credit card number) is securely encrypted at PayPal. You don't need to to share your financial information with Forever Furnishings when you order.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
No problem. Simply continue to checkout as normal and you will have the option on the Secure Paypal page to complete your purchase without registering with Paypal. Simply enter your card details and all of your information is encrypted creating the most secure way to checkout.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email or call us on 02035070217 within 7 days of receiving your item to obtain your returns code. We then require the item to be returned within 7 days of receiving your code.
All returns must be in un used condition and as it was when you received it. We advise you insure your parcel in case it is damaged in transit during the return to us. If the item was tagged or labelled then these must be present and not tampered with when returning your order.

We will process your return within 72 hours of receiving it. Please allow approximately 6-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. Unfortunately, Forever Furnishings can not refund the delivery cost of your return.

Refunds
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order before dispatch, you will be refunded the full amount including any shipping carriage charge. Please allow 3-7 working days for refunds to become visible in your account.
If an item is missing from your delivery please notify the courier before signing the documentation, you will then be refunded in full, or the item will be re-delivered free of charge ( which ever you as the customer prefer)
