Returns Procedure

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email or call us on 0203 5070217 within 7 days of receiving your item to obtain your returns code. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your returns code this also applies to damaged returns once authorised. In addition, if you feel your item has a design flaw this must be reported within 7 days of signing for the item (if you have signed checked on delivery then we can not accept a return/ organise an exchange for damages) for an exchange or refund to be offered.

The above terms and conditions of return must be adhered to by the purchaser if a refund/ exchange is requested. 

All returns must be in un used condition and as it was when you received it. If the item was tagged, packaged or labelled then these must be present and not tampered with when returning your order.

We will process your return within 72 hours of receiving it. Please allow approximately 6-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. Unfortunately, foreverfurnishings can not refund the return delivery cost.

Guarantees

All of our Port Royal garden furniture comes with a 12 month warranty which starts on the date of delivery. The warranty covers damage that may occur as a result of reasonable use within a 12 month period. Please note warranty as commercial use of the garden range will not be valid.
